THIRST TRAP OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. Sponsor: Ice River Sustainable Solutions, 485387 Sideroad 30, Dufferin County Road 11, Shelburne ON Canada, L9V 3N5 CONTEST DATES: The Thirst Trap Contest(the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 16th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 22nd, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The winner will be announced on March 25th, 2026. Internet access and social media accounts are required to enter. Normal data rates may apply. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents) or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter. By entering, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. HOW TO ENTER: To participate, Entrants must complete all of the following steps: 1.Follow @IceRiverGreenBottleCo on Instagram or Facebook 2.Tag one (1) friend in the official Contest post; and 3.Comment on the official Contest post with their favourite way to stay active. Participants may receive one (1) bonus entry by: •Taking a selfie while being physically active; •Posting the image to their Instagram or Facebook Story; and •Tagging @IceRiverGreenBottleCo in the Story. Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. Entries that are late, incomplete, improperly formatted, submitted without tags/hashtags, or submitted by other methods will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries must not exceed platform upload limits and must comply with community guidelines. Entrant must own the rights to the content submitted. If a minor is visible in the video, Entrant must have prior written permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Submissions must not include third-party content (music, trademarks, logos, etc.) unless owned or licensed by Entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or remove any content deemed inappropriate or unfit for publication. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $500 CAD cash prize towards a gym membership at the gym of their choice (the “Prize”). Prize must be accepted as awarded. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during Contest Period. The selected Entrant will be deemed the winner if he/she meets all of the eligibility criteria set out in these Contest Rules. If the selected Entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant will be selected by way of a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer the Sponsor’s skill-testing question. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during Contest Period. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used for submission within seven (7) business days of the end of the Contest Period. To claim the Prize, the winner must respond with their full name, age, address within five (5) business days. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data, or any issues beyond their reasonable control. Sponsor has the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with their participation in the Contest, including without limitation: (i) injury or damage to any person or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from such Entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (iii) technical errors or malfunctions of any kind; or (iv) any other errors or problems related to the Contest. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use of the submitted content.
